I’ve been teaching Pilates for four years now and am certified in Mat, Reformer and Barre. I opened Hot with the vision of creating a space where everyone who walks through our doors feels genuinely excited to move their body and fall in love with the gift of movement.

Hot is my little slice of heaven - a studio that feels warm, welcoming and personal. Every class is thoughtfully created so you leave feeling stronger, more connected and proud of what your body is capable of.
